Teresa is our project coordinator as well as a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio. She has received multiple awards from the Board of Realtors for her customer service as well as her knowledge in the real estate industry. In addition to Teresa being a license Realtor, she holds additional certifications as a New Home Construction Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure agent along & a CPIM certification in Supply Chain Management. All of which make her a vital part of the Redfox Custom Homes team.
As our project coordinator, Teresa is responsible for assisting Jeremey in meeting with new clients, planning and overseeing specific parts of your building process. She collaborates daily with our materials suppliers and our subcontractors to help ensure that all aspects of building your dream home run as smoothly as possible.
As our on staff real estate agent, Teresa is able to be involved in the very beginning stages of your home building process. Need a building site? She can help find one. Need to sell your existing home? Teresa can list your existing home when the time comes. Need a lender referral? She can assist with that as well. Teresa works with many specialty lenders on a daily basis and will help you in choosing which one fits your needs.
